The Mandala Hotel - Custom Booking Engine
Brief
The Mandala Hotel (www.themandala.de) is a 5-star Hotel located in the heart of Berlin. Workmatrix was asked to develop a customized booking engine to be seamlessly integrated into an existing website, providing separate entry points for each of the website’s separate target audiences.
Solution
Workmatrix Travel developed a multi-language custom booking process based on the Synxis Channel Connect Booking Engine. The custom layout allowed it to seamlessly integrates into the website. Special promotional areas were created to allow customers to book specials rates directly.
Customers are notified of their booking by SMS, if they should select this option during the checkout process.
There is also a corporate booking process where each corporate client is given their own booking engine with its own URL. Each booking engine is easily customized by Mandala hotel staff to display the appropriate corporate logo and the corresponding corporate rates.
